Subject: Lightroom

I have a stand-alone copy of Lightroom 5. I find that my new camera does not have its RAW format supported by this version, so I am trying to download an upgrade to version 6. The ******* Adobe site clearly does not want me to do that. It keeps trying to subscribe me to Creative Cloud, which I don’t want, since I have stand-alone versions of PS Elements and LR. Does anyone know where I can download an upgrade to LR?
Also – Adobe clearly don’t want to be contacted since they don’t publish an email address on their site. Anyone know an email contact for Adobe?
Thanks in advance.

Thanks Bubble. Been there. No phone or email option. They direct me to a forum. But before I can access it I have to negotiate a maze of FAQs and other stuff, which makes it pretty inaccessble. I’m furious with these bastards. I’ think I’ll give them the arse and go for Capture 1.

Sounds frustrating.

I just process my snaps in Photoshop (but my camera and my version of Photoshop are both pretty old :))

Do I HAVE to subscribe to Creative Cloud in order to upgrade Lightroom?
