I get very annoyed by car wheels that have an “unbalanced” arrangement of the number of wheel spokes, and mounting nuts.ie an odd number of spokes, say 5 and an even number of mounting nuts say 6. Does anyone else have this fetish? or any other irrational fetish of a similar nature?

Yes. Someone else has this fetish.
If I see a flock of birds or a herd of animals or a group of people I try to do a quick count. If it’s lots in the group I sort of bracket and count in multiples of fives or ten.
