Planet nine is Pluto. Planet ten is Eris. Planet eleven won’t be significantly bigger than Pluto.

I hope not.

I think it’s because he doesn’t believe that there could be a planet of the hypothesised size (10x Earth mass) out there. But I don’t know why he doesn’t believe that.
