I’m guessing the hexagon is caused by Saturn’s magnetic lines.

perhaps there is a connection with the planets wind, atmospheric particles and magnetic lines

Maybe the upper atmospheric gases line up that way with the speed of the wind?

Indeed you did.
The hexagon is a “standing wave” in the atmosphere. The formation mechanism is like that of Jupiter’s Great Red Spot, but in Saturn’s case extends all the way around the planet.
