Bone is all healed but my hand and wrist have stiffened up so much I still can’t use it properly, so need to work on getting it all moving again.

We discussed the frangi some years ago on GE, and I collected a couple of cuttings but then we got so busy in the business the poor things carked it…however I think this specimen that I have found is superior…

good-oh. I am aiming for noon as well. I have washed all my jars, and made sure that I have enough rings, lids and clips. I thought I would bring the dehydrator too so if you want we could make some peach leathers too :)

about 30 jars of differing sizes. as to how many peaches I don’t know, but we can find out! We don’t have to fill all the jars though! I just thought I’d get them all ready anyway :)
I’ll pop over a bit later this afternoon Thee and check the seals. How did the fruit leathers go?
I think they are done, turned them off at 11pm last night, had to go to bed, was a bit tiddly LOL, jars are fine, took off the clips, and Chris says the leathers taste really nice LOL. He did a taste test !
