List of unsolved problems in physics

Some of the major unsolved problems in physics are theoretical, meaning that existing theories seem incapable of explaining a certain observed phenomenon or experimental result. The others are experimental, meaning that there is a difficulty in creating an experiment to test a proposed theory or investigate a phenomenon in greater detail.

long list

must put subheading in Universe mind map

Is the present moment physically distinct from the past and future or is it merely an emergent property of consciousness?

That’s interesting I wonder how non sentient creatures perceive time

Not looking forward to going outside to go home still 42 degrees and trains slowed down due to heat.

Could quantum entanglement explain the horizon problem

Time is like a wave passing through the firmament, it embodies the present and allows motion to take place only in the present, motion depends on time.
The past is where time has been, the future is where it’s going.
I’ll have more to say about this at a later stage.

No, ref: relativity.

I think you have a future in science journalism, young person.

As someone who recently attended a lecture by Lawrence Krauss and almost understood some of it, I think I might need PWM to help me understand more.

Time is dependent on relative motion.

I suppose of present moment there’s a lot happening parallel (so to speak).

Not sure sorta linear cause and effect alone is terribly useful for explaining time
