Yes but you’ll have to draw a line of stars on it.

Sorry we seem to have a misunderstanding. Those stars should have been on three separate lines, with the resulting shape being a rhombus.

Yes, but a starch or glue would be required to stiffen it at the correct angles.

Yes.

Make the loop exactly as you would make a loop that looks square end on and then just bend the corners a bit to turn the square into a rhombus.
