I get freaked out about the amount of personal info that google requires before I can get an app. and run in the opposite direction fast.

Stream to computer > use broadcaster (designed for in-car mp3 player to radio) connected to computer > connect TV aerial to tuner > receive broadcast on tuner > amplify and listen.

When the mobile phone battery is charged, I’ll try it, using the phone’s browser, and internet wifi.
