The hobbled space probe, which has been forced to adopt a generally more distant orbit than planned due to issues with its thrusters, is making a fly-by over the planets cloud tops today.
I hadn’t even heard that it had been hobbled.
Nonetheless I am please that we will get this close flyover. To put this in perspective, Juno will be about 4000 from the cloudtop, and the Great Red Spot is 44000 km across. This is going to represent a great level of detail.

Yes and no. It was announced as a temporary delay in going down to a lower orbit.
