We bought an alarm clock that had the sound of frogs and crickets that was supposed to help you sleep. After listening to it once, we couldn’t stand it anymore.

One important thing about the relaxing sound of nature is that it never repeats exactly. Any exact repeat will set your teeth on edge. And a second repeat will have you chucking the speaker out the window.
