car dash cams are becoming popular

I think one day they will be mandatory for accident analysis

Women /children walking alone at night / day could connect their smart phones to a gps / video / audio network.

Maybe there are already such systems in place?

Part of the problem is getting “high quality data” streaming continuously to a wireless recording network.

The other part of the problem is getting mics that cannot be overloaded by noise.
