Subject: Win 8 network connection

I have this problem on my laptop

I updated windows 7 to windows 8

then lost the wifi and network connections

the laptop can see the modem, connect to it disconnect to it, reconnect to it but no internet

I run the administrator troubleshooter, it then says problem with network driver

I reinstall the network driver

The laptop was connecting to the internet on windows 7.

Check your DNS server settings…
