I think John Howard mentioned something wise. If people in poverty are offered opportunities for their children to be educated and fed for free is part of the solution to provide another choice which matches this as poverty is often a big driver of these issues as well.

I don’t usually get into this subject but there we are…. I have on this occasion tonight.

That’s part of the manipulation.

By strict imposition of repressions and dogmas, the religious authorities ensure that the population is kept in desperate circumstances, and that only they (or those groups they deal with) are seen as the sole source of help. No access to assistance from ‘outside’ is permitted.

That creates a dependency on the religious and political groups which are controlling the situation, and makes the population susceptible to indoctrination. Remember, in a lot of cases, the ‘education’ that’s provided is minimal and primitive. It might be just reciting Koranic verses in groups – and nothing else at all.
