Can you find a poem I wrote? Not too many months ago.

It has three verses. One verse goes:

The fly in my room understands space

… a footsize box
Around the 3-D centroid of the room

A second verse starts:

The photon in my room understands space

Understanding space.
by mollwollfumble

The fly in my room understands space
Every decisecond it changes direction
And flies away from walls and towards the centre
Its pseudorandom path
Describes a footsize box about
The 3-D centroid of the room

The neutrino in my room understands space
It lives within the voids within the atoms
Its pace
Is only slightly slower than the speed of light
Born a billion years ago in supernova
It travelled past 400 galaxies to get here

The man in my room understands space
He knows the quantum foam in a way
The fly and the neutrino never can
He kens that space is metastable so
That far beyond the limit of the visible horizon
It must explode with unimaginable force

That’s odd.

Typing that poem into Good Scientist Cartoon gave me a huge physiological stress reaction.

probably because what one writes (and says), and where, is subject to behaviour controls (to generalize), variously repressive mechanisms internal and external.

What is also odd is that an exact search on an excerpt returned nothing.

Even from Google.
