I have flown on several international flights with CCTV cameras (some in those areas) transmitting to passenger seat-back TVs. First was about 16 years ago.

Yes. Good watching the landing from the underneath camera.
“If it has a ferry it needs a bridge or a tunnel”
Why? Water transport is more fuel- and emission- efficient than road transport.
Also, do you have a reference to the statistic in 303?

You missed this one:

Ditto. I was watching the view directly downward from a Japan Airlines flight on seat back TV all across Siberia during the midnight Sun. Fascinating.
I truly wish that it had become a standard feature.

Um, Taiwan would just love that. Yes I did miss it.
I also missed the planned Malacca Straight Bridge and Sunda Straight Bridge in Indonesia.

Don’t really “get” the Banach-Tarski stuff.
But that’s probably just me.

LOL. “hung parliaments” is a phrase with two interpretations.

It’s pretty esoteric stuff. There’s a youtube video about it somewhere. The info for the cartoons is from a book I tried to write about geometric dissections some 20 or so years ago, I got about half way through the chapter on Banach-Tarski before giving up. It’s not easy to compress it into a cartoon or five.
