The Guardian digital newspaper produces a crossword each day. I was able to click on the PDF version and obtain a printout. I can still do this for the easy one, but the cryptic will not. The clock gadget turns anti clockwise until timed out. Would this be the fault of my computer or a stop put on because I am not a financial contributor? Any forumite have ideas about this? I do depend on crosswords to supplement my boring existence and also to check if there is any grey cell deterioration.

I like crosswords. There’s plenty of xword books available at the newsagents & they vary from one to another in style, so your sure to find one that tickles your fancy.

print screen (enlarge it so it fills screen so you don’t get desktop stuff)>paste into Paint>Print

might have to adjust it in the Paint window too to get the right size. Just did it this way so I know it works.

I know the answer to 5 across too.

Right click anywhere in screen, select print preview, when that comes up select print, just did it.
