a kilo would be approximately 1 million seeds i reckon – probably best to buy a hundred grams at a time
the oil is about – don’t quote me – $12 for 2 litres?

I picked up 200g in the health part of the stupidmarket the other day… not quite $2 to buy. Heaps in that and only use about a tablespoon per loaf of bread.
