Callisto: Tech to combat sexual assault
https://www.projectcallisto.org/

This seems like a very good system.

Victims can cross-check and report but there is a third choice: just create a timestamped record of the event.

Sometimes victims don’t feel ready to report an event to the police, but still wish to make a timestamped record of an event so that, in the event that the perpetrator turns out to be a serial perp, the record can be presented as evidence.

So, if you’re only slightly raped and you’re quite annoyed, register. I see.

Sometimes someone can be in shock after rape and or in pain and still feeling violated, but they should be encouraged to report it as soon as they can.

They have rape kits that really need to be used before the woman cleans herself up.

Yes a sperm sample would be useful.

I did think that next generation drones could be used as a personal watchdog it hovers above you and behind and records a bird eye view of you and whose around you, it would have to be (semi) autonomous and have a decent battery life.

Good idea.
A drone escort service would be a useful service in city areas.

Clubs could offer them to get to a car etc.

Drones could follow a smartphone gps signal.

Yes it could even alert police if an attack occurs and/or make a loud noise flash bright lights and dive at the attacker (assuming you could do this and not hit the victim)

It wouldn’t be that hard assuming they don’t already exist to create an app you activate and it records audio/video and if key words are spoken it auto dials the police with a message requesting help, it could use phone GPS coordinates to tell them were you are located, it could be useful in DV situation as well. The person using it would be unable to use the phone themselves because of the situation they are in

The best use of a drone that I have encountered is the use of them for shark detection near swimming areas. It will hopeful reduce the need/want to destroy them.

That’s a good idea as well

I wonder if it could also work for blackmail.

That’s another case where victims don’t always want to report an event to the police.

Yes. If you said no and mean yes. No I mean said yes and mean no. No I mean said maybe and mean …
Ah fuck it.

What if you’re not sure whether you’ve been sexually assaulted? Like wake up with a hangover and can’t believe you said yes to THAT.
