Why am I still here? Why haven’t I been banned yet?

Bears aren’t stupid but hey we think we are all above munching on berries or garbage or the odd human.
Banning only occurs with a serious breach of the Holiday Forum Code of Conduct:
Section 4.3 Banning
A banning of any period (at the discretion of the forum overlords) without further correspondence entered into, can occur if:
4.3.1 A serious breach of the “good driver” protocol is reached or bragged about proudly.
4.3.2 If anyone both present and past, mentions the unmentionable forum handle.
4.3.3 If anyone, both present and past, for any reason, is nice to Sibeen, where that niceness is not a set up for a burn in a later post.
4.3.4a If anyone, both present and past, actually laughs at a Boris Joke.
4.3.4b If anyone, both present and past, leaves all the jokes to Boris.
4.3.5 Where a poster calls FNDC and does not actually drink.
4.3.6 Where there has been a substantial period of time, decided by the forum overlords, that there has not been one disagreement or slight bickering.
4.3.7 In any instance where the ball has been tampered, interfered, altered, swapped out, replaced with a wooden drone and/or covered in a crocheted outfit.
Where a poster tries to break any or all of the rules to get banned the ban with invoke the curse of the black jelly bean and not be banned.

Though it may not appear as such, this thread was not meant to be like curve would consider to be a post count about my number here.
It was and is actually meant to be a place for any or all of us to consider, to be about ourselves.
So, speak up.
Ask the same question.
Oh. It seems the Lab hath gainsaid.

I find the social dynamics of the forum here to be fascinating.
In every other group with more than two people that I’ve been a member of, there has initially been an unevenness between personalities that grows in such a way that it polarises, opening the social loop so to speak, so that two people A and B are clearly on the ends with A hating B and B not hating but pitying A. This continues until either A or B is forced to leave the group and the cycle continues, the group loses more and more members over time until it collapses entirely. It’s one reason why hippy communes collapsed, for example.
I’ve seen this happen even in groups of people who supposedly have it all together, who have supposedly all reached “oneness with the universe” so to speak. I’ve seen it happen with Zarkov on the previous forum.
But in this forum now, rifts open and close, they don’t get wider and wider. Which creates a kind of dynamic stability that I’ve never seen before and probably will never see again. Fascinating.
I’d be interested to know why.
PS. I did get banned once from the previous forum. I was being sarcastic about an extreme viewpoint, and that involved quoting that extreme viewpoint, so it got flagged and I got booted out. I have been more careful since.
