No homeless person would be stupid enough to sleep … oh, you’re being sarcastic.

Not for general use, no. But I can think of several places where it would come in handy, where current trash bins are overflowing because they’re too small and not collected often enough.

Think of it like a pit toilet. Not for general use but useful in certain locations.

I can’t help remembering waking to the sound of a garbage truck lifting a single bin/tip
added to the “BONG” “BONG” “BONG” of the bin being bounced against the steel truck
body in order to dislodge bits of sticky refuse that refused to dislodge.
