t has been happening for a while. Personally think it is an affront to people who don’t particularly want to go shopping with other people’s dogs.
While in Canberra, burst out laughing when I saw a woman with a tiny carry dog. Yes I mean carry in a small hammock like a spare handbag. It has got to the ridiculous.
