And talking about dogs…. Had to take Princess Cordelia to the vets today. She has Kennel cough. She gets vaccinated every year and she is due for her shots again in 2 weeks. Looks like her immunity had dropped. but hopefully she wont get it too bad due to her previous vaccination. She is on antibiotics for a week. Got no idea where she picked it up – dont go to dog parks anymore and the only other dog she has interacted is a 8 month old puppy who was fully vaccinated.. Must have picked it up through all her sniffing on walks.

We had kennel cough in a couple of our dogs years ago. I don’t recall antibiotics. It’s a viral disease I think. I do remember giving them normal cough syrup. Dogs have a pathetic sounding cough – at least Boxers do.
