Last census, everyone waited til census date, crashing the website. But then, like now, I did it early. Unless there’s some catastrophic incident between now and then, the details should be the same.

Unless you get a visitor on the actual night of the census.

As I read it back in the day, It wanted to know how many visitors you had on census night.
