As I read it back in the day, It wanted to know how many visitors you had on census night.

I have only half completed mine. I presume I can edit stuff up until the night, but I didn’t check that.

If you have any unexpected guests on Tuesday night, just ask them if they have already completed the census at their usual place of residence. If so, better just let it slide.
