Just checking my emails and got one from a local real estate agent. It’s listed all their properties for sale and this one came up. It would suit me just nicely. A bit of acreage, lots of sand for umm, “purposes”, a very nice house, a barn, extremely good location, it surrounds the local bush fire station on three sides, freshwater creek, dam, nice bushland, and ocean views.
