I raccoon it could be made into a golf course resort. Have a fenced couple of private hectares, and just live off the revenue off the rich golfers.

Nice idea. I could provide more “bunkers” than I already have. (If you look closely there is kinda a “divot” on the West side where I dug the sand out for most of the peoples houses that are complaining about there being a sand mine there).
