In 1989, John Glennie set sail for a 3-week trip to Tonga. A 60-foot wave flipped his boat upside down. He and 3 men survived 119 days inside the hull on 3oz of soft drink a day. His country declared them drowned, then called them liars when they came home. A barnacle cleared his name.
