It was way too ambitious to hist the event in regional centres. If they had made Melbourne the main host city with a few events here and there in regional Vic they would hardly have needed to build anything.

nevertheless could this be a case of hey it’s worked out fine in Scotland and we’ve finally learnt that less is more
